Overview

FirstLine Transportation Security is a leading provider of a broad array of security guard/screening services to the federal government including high-quality, customer-focused airport security screening through the TSA’s Screening Partnership Program. We are seeking an IDIQ Program Manager to maintain responsibility for FirstLine Transportation Security contracts under the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Screening Partnership Program (SPP) for contract airport security screening. This includes the IDIQ award and specific task orders for individual airports.

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead corporate efforts to ensure compliance and accountability with all IDIQ requirements under the SPP program.
  • Monitor all aspects of operations and administrative functions at the corporate level including, but not limited to staffing, recruitment, assessment, training, and employee and stakeholder relations.
  • Manage contract, TSA and corporate operational requirements and internal processes (policies/procedures).
  • Ensure project documents, data reports and system entries are accurate and maintained/stored appropriately.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 10 years of program/project management experience and/or 5 years as a certified Supervisory TSO (STSO) or higher.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project (or similar commercially available software) to set a program/project baseline, measure progress against it, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate orally and in writing in an effective, efficient and professional manner, including written reports for the VP of Operations, TSA, customers and stakeholders
  • Capable of interacting with numerous government and civilian customers in a dynamic environment, and ability to perform numerous tasks simultaneously
  • Must complete and be able to maintain a government security investigation at the SECRET level

 

Preferential consideration given for:

  • A wide range of knowledge regarding the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the Screening Partnership Program (SPP).
  • Direct experience working with or in support of the TSA in a similar screening operation.
